Our Guests on Monday April 16th from 3-5 pm CST
Holly Smith
Speaker & Founder | Hidden Voices Ministry
When Holly prayed for the gift of understanding at age eight, she had no idea how God would answer in the coming years or what embracing this gift might cost. (Prov. 4:7b) A profound transformation of thinking came through hardship, loss, and an extended period of caring for the sick. Holly emerged from this season with an overcoming outlook, an awakening to God’s kingdom, and identification with others. Each trial had an application from the Bible to follow and inspire her perseverance. Her joy now is sharing about the transformation of your thinking and living your own identity. During this process of change, God taught Holly to hear His voice and be led by His Spirit. Once shy and insecure, God formed a voice of communication to appropriate His truths from her journey.
She now believes the Bible is alive and God wants to express Himself through each of us. In seeking to know and understand God, Holly came to discover her true self. She enjoys sharing with others how they can know God intimately and discover their identity and purpose. Love motivates her and a childlike excitement leads her to clues for releasing God’s kingdom perspective on earth, leaving old patterns and worldly values behind. Her prayer is to be able to share the secrets and tools she learned in this season of her life and condense the time it takes women to reach their destiny.
Holly has been married for thirty one years with two grown sons. Personal interests include jogging, fishing with her husband, driving in the mountains, and eating thin-crust pizza with friends.
She is an Alliance Partner with ProvenWay Ministries for the past three years, Bible study teacher, Speaking group leader three years at Gateway Church, and Founder of Hidden Voices Ministry.

Author of The Power Of Hope for Prodigals: Prepare the Way Home
Karen Sebastian was born to Bill and Betty Pritchett and spent most of her childhood on the mission field where she saw lives transformed through the hope of Jesus Christ. Karen met her husband, Bill Sebastian, at Life Bible College where they both trained for ministry. Together, Karen and Bill served on the mission field in Central America, and later as pastors in California and Texas, bringing hope to thousands as they faithfully ministered the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the Church and in the marketplace.
After enduring the heartache of infertility, the Sebastians were blessed with the gift of adopting a precious baby girl and later giving birth to two biological children. The Lord used the transforming power of hope to powerfully impact their lives as they raised their three children and to persevere through a painful journey to see their prodigal come home. Because of this, Karen became known as “The Hope Lady” as she began using her gifts to speak hope into the lives of others. Today Karen continues to minister hope to thousands in conferences, writings, and through her company, HOPEpreneurs.
The Sebastians live in Grand Prairie, Texas, and are the proud grandparents of five amazing boys. They treasure moments with family and always hold fast to hope.

About Dorothy
Before her affluent life as an NFL wife, Dorothy Johnson Newton was raised in poverty by her mother and stepfather near New Orleans, the oldest girl of six children. Dorothy put herself through college on an athletic scholarship and her brother from her biological father is Mike Johnson, who played eight years for the NFL’s Cleveland Browns, so it is not surprising that she ended up the celebrity wife of a football star—but all that glittered was not gold.
From a young age she witnessed her stepfather physically and verbally abuse her mother—images that would haunt her for years. Though she promised herself that she would never be in such a marriage, like so many others, she repeated her mother’s pattern—her abuser just happened to be a loved celebrity—a Super Bowl NFL football champion with the Dallas Cowboys. Who would believe her even if she dared to reveal her painful secret?
Dorothy too excelled in sports, earning a volleyball scholarship to the University of Louisiana where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Business. She is an active member of Gateway Church in Southlake, Texas, a Christian speaker and Bible study leader who inspires women to cling to God and receive deliverance, healing, and restoration. She works with many organizations including Jack & Jill of America, SASO (Scholars & Athletes Serving Others) and Presbyterian Homeless Night Shelter.
Dorothy is the Practice Administrator for a health care organization, where she is pursuing her M.B.A. She is the proud mother of two boys—Nathaniel Newton III (Tre’), who is on an athletic scholarship at the University of Texas, and Nate King Newton. She has appeared on numerous television and radio programs as the former wife of retired Dallas Cowboy’s NFL player Nathaniel Newton, Jr.
